I offer couples therapy in Bow, East London (E3), and online for clients across the UK and worldwide.

Sessions take place via secure video call (Zoom), allowing you to attend from wherever you are in the world.

Online couples therapy offers flexibility and accessibility, making it easier to prioritise your relationship alongside busy schedules or different locations.

Many couples find online therapy just as effective as in-person sessions.

Your first step towards healing

During our first session, my aim is to understand your relationship, what’s working, what’s not and how I can support you. You’ll also get a sense of my approach and how we might work together.

Over the next 3–4 sessions, we’ll begin to explore patterns, build trust, and create a clearer path forward.
